RE: Maintaining Your HVAC Unit 

This notice serves as a reminder that having your HVAC 
console serviced on a regular basis is crucial to the efficiency 
and lifespan of the console. By having it serviced you are 
putting off possible replacement of the console and avoiding 
the possibility of costly repairs due to neglect or improper 
maintenance. 

We recommend that service be done at least twice a year: 
spring heading into summer, and fall heading into winter. 
Oliver’s HVAC is a trusted vendor and has performed 
upkeep and repair services for the property many times in the 
past. They are very familiar with both common area and unit 
owner equipment.
